This review is not specifically about the doctor as it is the systemic failure of this office. They canceled, rescheduled my appointment 2 time and just before the 3rd rescheduled appointment, they called and canceled that one because they did not order the blood work required for the appointment. They told me to go get the blood work and that when they received it they would call me and squeeze me in. I got the blood work done and did not hear from them so I called and explained the situation. They scheduled a new, 4th appointment about 2 months out and told me I was going to have to get the blood work done again. This is not free to me and it cost me gas money to drive to Redding and get it done. Not a great way to do business, communication is key and if you say you will do something you need to follow through with it.
