I have been holding out on writing a review to give the staff an opportunity to stand by their word. I reached out in April for family counseling and after numerous follow ups with staff we are still waiting for an appointment (4 months later). I've spoken to the Office Manager and provided my feedback. Kelly did get back to me right away however 4 months later we're still waiting. I've only waited this long because I do like the counselor I was assigned for my individual sessions. If the staff is overwhelmed hire more employees. If the facility doesn't have the capacity, then Say so. If the staff needs a teaching opportunity then do so. I should've read the previous reviews before wasting so much time. Disappointing to say the least.
