Horrible customer service. Referral department dra
Horrible customer service. The girl who answers the phone hung up on me 3 times and then on the fourth forwarded my call to voicemail. She never allowed me to speak and cut me off every time I attempted to answer her questions. Unprofessional. In addition, the referral department drags their feet. My primary care and insurance confirmed my referral would be set on a specific date and when I contacted this Pulmonology office it took them another week to approve my referral! This was already ontop of 6 weeks of being short of breath and having to go to the ER 4 times! Don't waste your time here if you have Medical Blue Cross. Rude and unacceptable customer service.
