Lovely organized office. Everyone happy smiling, yet get down to business in a timely manner.

I felt the steroid creams perceived to my child made her condition worst. They could have started her out with a less aggressive method but they didn’t. Better to go holistic first.

Emerald, Parul, and Sarah are all excellent providers at the clinic. At every visit, I feel heard and well cared for. Thank you so much Pacific Skin Institute. I would recommend this dermatology office to anyone as the staff truly care about your well-being.

I was disappointed that the doctor (Emerald Curry) was so rushed during our visit. The rest of the staff was welcoming and friendly, but the doctor rushed through a ton of information and when I tried to ask questions she brushed it off saying I would receive a copy of instructions after the visit. When I asked how much a procedure would hurt, she said "I'm just trying to help you" which didn't answer my question, give me any sense of what to expect, or make me feel comfortable. On the way out, her and the scribe left the door open despite the fact that I was sitting there without a shirt on, and I had to call after them to please close it behind them.
