Neurological Department Indifference
In roughly 2.5 years communication with a Dr. Toprani has been very poor. It's been a continuous stream of unanswered questions and frustration. The irony is I moved back to California specifically to be treated by this hospital because of multiple sterling reviews. To me it's a reflection of just how badly the American medical system is becoming. At one point I even contacted patient relations to try and explain my concerns, and requested another doctor. I received no answers-no returned calls. My advice to anyone considering this neurological department is to do extensive alternate research before going.
