They don’t call you back or contact you for important status updates — like any professional business would do in the healthcare industry… In my case, they never called me back in the weeks/days prior to my ICL surgery, so I was unable to get a hold of them at all (even after calling them in a timely manner— and leaving several messages)…. The surgery therefore never happened. And I haven’t heard from them since either. It was very disappointing because I had already planned everything with them, everything seemed fine initially (including finishing everything in their “Pre-surgery checklist”), but then they suddenly stopped contacting me for no reason. To this day I still wonder what they were thinking ??????? I guess they didn’t want my money (?) At the very least, they could have contacted me with a courtesy call or email if they planned to postpone or cancel the surgery for whatever reason… but instead I got nothing ??????? Definitely would NOT recommend this place.
