Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County

I've been sick for over a year & today I had an appt that I've been waiting for 3-4 months. I left my home on time to get there well before 10:30am. I didn't expect a lane closure on the freeway due to an accident. I called very politely to let them know I might be a little late & they said. "If you are here more than 10 min late we cannot not see you". I did everything in my power to get there. I got to the parking lot still on time, I called the & told them I'm here, I'm parking, AGAIN! zero sympathy they told me." If you walk in even one min late we can't see you. I was at the front door ONLY 1 MIN Late! She transferred me to the office manager Jaqueline. She was extremely inconsiderate, careless & with no pity she turned me away for 1 min late. People like Jaqueline have no idea how some patients have been suffering with pain waiting for that one appt that could make the difference. I hope she never meets someone like her when her or a love one is sick & needs help.
