Unnecessary waiting time

This visit was specifically for an injection. I did get to the office early in hopes of getting in early (knowing that was not a for sure thing). No, no such luck. I was called back at my appointment time to be put in a room with an “I’ll be right back”. 20 minutes later (way longer than anyone should wait), I open the door to see my injector talking to the gal at the desk. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I did say something to him in the hopes he will be more efficient with both of our times in the future.
