I was charged for services I did not receive and I was refused any customer service for this matter after sharing my experience.I was with this group for many years and the issue was, I was simply charged for a full office appointment, whenI did not receive one. When approached with my issue, they denied me my request to be refunded for the service I did not receive. I explained that this issue would cause me to leave their care, and that still didn’t change their decision.I left the group for this reason and this reason only! I never had anything but amazing care here and I was so grateful to have been getting help here. With this team!!Never have I been so disappointed and left feeling so unappreciated and taken advantage of as I have from this incident. Like I say, I was 5 stars every day for this medical group until this incident

De.B is an outstanding dr compassionate and caring and has helped me with my chronic pain. Have seen him for years and won’t go anywhere else! He is the best around! Treats various problems and offers fantastic solutions.
