I am a physician myself so I understand the challenges of the current health care system but my experience with this practice was beyond frustrating. I called and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a chronic problem I have been self managing for two years. I gave all of my insurance information to the front desk and even called a week before the appointment to make sure things were all set and received three appointment reminders. They called me this am - 5 hours before my appointment - to tell me my insurance was out of network. (They are still listed on my insurance website as being in-network, hence why I scheduled with them). This is a front office failure for sure. If you have the insurance information 3 weeks in advance, you should communicate to the patient sooner than 5 hours before the appointment. I am now scheduled with another provider (who could have seen me today had I known sooner I could not get in with Riviera) on my next trip home in one month.

This is one of, if not the best, medical offices I have ever visited in my 50 years as an adult! They are extremely accommodating when scheduling an appointment and when you arrive the wait time is short or non-existent. Dr Culver has been my doctor and she has solved two chronic conditions of mine. She quickly diagnosed my issues and came up with solutions that worked! I would recommend her, Dr Tylor and their staff to anyone!
