I have worked with Dr McCaffery and his office for at least 10 years, having had various issues with allergic fungal sinus infections requiring 3 surgeries over the years. He is very knowledgeable and caring- several years ago he came in on a Saturday to cauterize because it kept bleeding. I have referred people as well who have always had a great experience with him and his office. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Unrushed personal service. Fitted a hearing aide and surfer earplugs. Very happy with being able o hear again. Follow up included to make sure the settings were correct on the hearing aide. Gave me choices of the hearing aides available for what fit my lifestyle. The surfer earplugs will let me still have a little hearing while keeping the water out of my ears.

The office staff work hard to find an appointment. The medical practitioners are professional, very competent and compassionate. They follow up to make sure my problem is solved. I highly recommend this practice. They treated my mother, daughter as well as myself with excellent outcomes.

Dr. McCaffery is an excellent ENT. He has gone out of his way to ensure my care and follow up is done thoroughly. He is personable and professional. I was there once just to see his PA for ear wx cleaning and Dr. McCaffery came in to see me, even though he was busy, to recheck my throat from a procedure a year previous just to make sure it was still looking good. His PA, Jaime Monroe, is also very personable and answers my questions, no matter how small, with care and concern. This practice is among the best I've seen anywhere. The facility is nice and easy to find. Good parking. No issues.

Over several visits I found that I was always seen on time, that the entire team were professional and kind, clear and thoughtful in their communications, taking the time to listen to my questions and answer completely and unhurriedly.

I had a tumor on my parotid duct, unusual as typically they form on the gland. Removing this tumor and preserving the duct's function required masterful judgment, knowledge and manual dexterity. Dr. McCaffrey came through for me in surgery and I would highly recommend him for any patient facing medical or surgical issues requiring an ENT physician/surgeon.

After getting the Flu I ended up with an infection in my Eustachian Tube. The infection proceeded to the right side at the base of the scull and required IV antibiotics to get into the bone. It took some time but because of his knowledge and use of an infectious disease specialist I am on the mend.

My husband and I highly recommend ENT Associates for their expertise. They are also friendly and caring.

Dr. McCaffery listened to my symptoms and gave a thorough evaluation. He explained what he was going to do prior to any procedure. He took time to listen to any additional concerns. He explained home recommendations well.

Dr. McCaffery and staff provide care that has me feeling that I'm in good hands. The doctor is insightful, personable and inspires confidence in his knowledge. Recommended and parking is easy, close by.

14 years ago, Dr. McCaffery discovered my husband's throat cancer with a simple exam, where other Dr.s wanted to do exploratory surgery to find out what was going on. He and a team of others saved my husband's life. Since then we have seen Dr. McCaffery for ear aches, vertigo, sinus infections...he is always there for his patients and we truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise.
