Disorganized
While individually the providers were caring, I was originally drawn to The Moment because they claimed to be able to communicate with each other to treat the entire equation. There were zero follow ups and connections and I did not feel cared for at all. Consistently felt like I slipped through the cracks unless I took the initiative. Additionally, it was incredibly difficult to make appointments and get refills. Very confusing and disorganized. Ultimately I felt like I was just a paycheck.
