Fine medical care, but.....

I really like my long-time doctor and the P.A. who examined me last week is wonderful. But the staffer who answered the phone today couldn't answer my question and implied that I was too dumb to understand. I may be dumb but I don't think that's appropriate. I assume she didn't know the answer but didn't want to say so. Don't want to complain without providing a possible solution, having supervised crews with high public exposure for 30 years - give her a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public.
