Horribly Unprofessional
Called trying to get an appt, person who answers the phones was extremely rude, unprofessional and hung up on me twice. When I asked for her name, she refused. I was speaking sternly but definitely not rude to her, and no insults or inappropriate language was used from my end. I even asked to speak to someone else since she was being so difficult. I ended up crying after our interaction because of how taken aback I was from dealing with someone so unkind.

The staff is very efficient and thorough with the eye examinations. They used a red laser pulse to both eyes to remove cells off the back of my lenses after cataract surgery. This procedure was very effective and I do not have to use readers to see.

Thorough and very personable! Love them all
Office is always very clean. Wait is minimal. Everyone is so kind from front desk to the Techs! Drs are great. Personable but professional. Been here for over 5 yrs. Dr Ulibarri has taken great care of my eye issues with having lupus and being on Plaquenil. They are better than at first. Thank you!

Both visits, the techs were very professional, patient, friendly, and explained very step that was going to take place. Made sure of my comfort level throughout. Asked if I had any questions or concerns several times about my D.M. eye exam. Dr. Ulibarri was very engaging, friendly, and professional. I specifically wanted him to conduct my second exam, because of how satisfied i was when he did my first D.M. eye exam last year. I do not plan on going anywhere else for the care of my eyes.
