I didn't get assigned a doctor, but a PA. The PA did not seem to have doctor oversight. Across several visits, they were brusque, cursory and seemingly uninterested in helping find the source of my problem. They misread the MRI, treating what multiple subsequent specialists said was an obvious brain tumor, as inflammation. Now that I've been to some really good ENT specialists, I realize how unacceptably poor this initial experience was.
