surgeons incredible, new hospital policy not

Staff refuses to send faxes to insurance regarding your case because it's an inconvenience to them. New phone messaging has you waiting a day for a call back to discuss why you want to speak to the doctor or schedule an appointment. 3 weeks have past since a visit with doctor and staff has yet to being submissionto insurance because they did not have CPT codes from doctor. The same surgery has been preformed over 30 times, with the same surgeon, at the same location, using the same CPT cods every time. The surgeons are incredible. Sadly, the hospital policies and staff making decisions is going down hill.
