I do enjoy my Dr. I see Dr. Pratt. I also love the practitioner Kathleen Fisher. She is beyond excellent. Yes, when I see my doctor I always wait. The longest has been three hours. The shortest has been 15 minutes. I will say the front office staff is terribly rude. One visit one of the ladies was so rude to me that I almost cried. A second time my son called and asked for an online appointment since he was out of town And they stated that they do not do online appointments. They insisted that he drive several hours in to see them. When I inquired as the adult the office immediately said we do online appointments. I would give my doctor and my practitioner 5 rating. But to get To them, you must go through the front office. I just can’t believe that you can keep a job and be so rude to people. If the front office was even just a little bit professional, this beer would be a five.

I waited for 45 minutes and two people who came in after me were seen prior to me. Both patients had later appointments than me. The staff was very rude when I asked if I would be seen. I had to leave before being seen. I don’t mind waiting, but 45 minutes is crazy. My appointment was at 3:20 and I waited until 4:05 before leaving was told provider would take about 10 more minutes to see me.
