USED to be a wonderful Doctor!!
I been with Dr. Kular for 7 years now, when she was with IEHP Direct she was an excellent Doctor! She listened to you and would send them referrals in and get you where you needed to go! After she joined Optum Care, things changed. I cannot get an Appt anymore, I'm told to go to Urgent Care! During Thanksgiving holiday, they were closed for like 5 days! I'm Diabetic and I needed my Metformin refill, I called and left messages. My pharmacist called and left messages. I even went on Healow and sent several messages stating I needed refills. It took them 5 days before my prescription was called in! Dr Kular does not call you about your Lab results anymore, It's always someone else! Myself and my 2 adult daughters are now in the process of looking for another Doctor! I hope we can find one as good as she USED to be....
