Worst front desk

Worst clinic ever front desk has a sign in sheet they don't even acknowledge. They only greet the 'regular' base patients i was waiti.g 20 mins after I signed in and had to actually let them know 'Hey I signed in a while ago' yet they had to end up rescheduling my appointment due to their lack of concept of checking sign in sheet also. I was there at my appointment time an they tried to call me a liar that I am lying about they time I checked in never again will I go to this particular clinic even if I was dying!
