I just received a bill for services received TWO YEARS ago! They stated they moved to a different computer software and are slowly moving balance discrepancies over from that long ago. I can understand if it was thousands of dollars, but it was for a fluoride treatment. Totally unprofessional to bill 2 years later for accounting mistakes made on their end. This is not the first billing issue we have had with them. Their service is great, but beware of their billing and know your coverage. We tell them each time we are there that we pay 10% of the charges with our insurance, but they make us pay 50% because 'their computer software states that amount'. Then once they get the insurance payment, they keep the over payment and refuse to let us know. We only are made aware the next time we go in in 6 months and at that time they do not issue a refund, only will apply it to future charges. Be very cautious about this place.
