Don’t Bother!

Their website has you believe that you are setting up an appointment time. It is not an appointment. It is only a 'hold time' (whatever that is.) After I filled out all of the paperwork online and set up the appointment time, I was called just before I was due to arrive to let me know that I would have a four hour wait ahead of me because 14 patients just came in. I asked her about the appointment time and she said it is not an appointment only a suggested 'hold time.' What a joke this place is and I don't want to see anyone else make the same mistake I did.
