My mother had a video call appointment with Dr. Makris, who showed how much she cared about my mother's health issues. She ordered tests and prescribed medications that no other doctor had considered. Dr. Makris demonstrated compassion and empathy for my mother's situation, which deeply moved me. Horrible Experience
I originally made an appointment 6 months out. Their office called me the day before my appointment to reschedule because the dr had a vacation coming up that week. So they rescheduled me 2 months out. After being at my appointment on time I got to see everyone before and after me called in for an hour. I had other appointments to attend to so I had to leave. What a waste if time and disregard for patients' time. The staff is pretty disconnected and oblivious. No efforts to share the reason for the delay. Time to look for another GI Dr.
