One appointment I had with the provider generated no less than FOUR duplicate claims. I have been told four different amounts for what I owe. The billing statements do not meet basic accounting standards. When I called the billing office, they chose to end the call rather than answer my questions. When I included a rep from my health insurance on a conference call, their database mysteriously stopped working and no managers were available. I was concerned about potential fraud, so I requested all communication in writing and contacted the CA Attorney General Office. The provider responded by sending the disputed amount to collections-- and that amount has since been further adjusted by a claims processor. Nobody cares, nobody takes responsibility. And from reading their various online reviews, I'm not the first customer they attempted to ruin rather than fix their mistakes. Absolutely unprofessional. Absolutely disgraceful.
