Dr. Benjamin is exceptional. He’s generous, takes time to explain everything to you, really cares about all of his patients. The staff is wonderful too. I’ve had painful, recurring chalazions for over a year. I was going to another office for help with that but as soon as one started to drain another one would show up. They kept coming back. I had them injected, drained, etc. Nothing worked. Finally, I found Dr. Benjamin and he explained why this was happening to me. He spent over an hour with me. Everyone else I had been to just treated the symptoms, he treated the cause. With a combination of IPL and traditional therapies (also better than I have ever received) he gave me my life back in three visits. I wish I found him years ago. I will definitely be coming back here for all eye issues I might have in the future.

Office called and rescheduled my appointment three times. The nurse/doctor who performed all the tests seemed new and somewhat unsure how to operate the equipment. In addition to a $200 office visit (not including the test fees added) they charge an additional $125 to actually give you your glasses prescription (otherwise they won’t even tell you the results). Once the doctor came in he seemed rushed and annoyed. They no longer take most insurances so I had to pay a $300 office visit (and without a new eye prescription which is what I came for) as I wouldn’t pay the up charge. This office has the latest high tech equipment but they nickel and dime you and really aren’t very nice people.

Dr Benjamin performed a thorough eye examination and provided a diagnosis of 3rd Cranial Nerve ptosis. He made a referral to Dr. Bose for follow-up treatment. I was very pleased and satisfied with the professionalism of Dr Benjamin and his staff.
