I called to make an appointment for Urgent Care. I was told it was walk-in only. I brought a sick child with preexisting condition and was told they did not have a doctor and turned me away. They did have available doctors who had appointments . They have absolutely no respect for anyone's time and condition and are not there to help you. DO NOT - DO NOT -GO THERE FOR URGENT CARE EVER. Don't ever go there if you don't have an appointment.

Not helpful. So obssessed with policy they forget that you have a sick baby that needs help. No compassion and they don’t actually care about helping you or your sick baby

I emailed a doctor with a question. I was then scheduled for an appt without my knowledge or consent. The only reason I knew about it was because I was sent a confirmation text. When I responded the front desk woman was rude and had a bad attitude and told me they sometimes go ahead and schedule appointments if a doctor has a busy schedule. That's great so another office that is incompetent with no common sense. Very disappointed. Horrible service. I liked them until this happened although there has been miscommunication in the past. They need to train their staff properly. The rude staff and poor service is now making me want to switch doctors.
