Arvada Pediatric Associates

I want to start out by saying that I have not had any issues with any of the nurses, PAs or doctors at this practice. I am extremely disappointed in their handling of the Covid Vaccination rollout. I scheduled my kids for their first shot, which went without incident. I had heard about other pediatric practices making a big deal, balloons, cheering etc.; this was pretty blah, but got the job done. At the time, I attempted to schedule the second shot and was told nothing was open at that time, but more options would open up soon. I have called repeatedly to get a second shot scheduled and Arvada Pediatrics not only does not have anything available, they do not have a plan. They also have no resources to share besides "call around". I understand that the vaccine supply issue is "out of their control" but it would make their patient's families feel more cared for if they at least could provide some options besides "call around".
