We went to the office and expected to meet the doctor, only the front office gal was there and the PA, second time only a tech to give tests. Third visit we were shocked to get a charge for over $250 and still no doctor. Could only see the PA if we paid upfront. The front office gal did all that she could to help us and get the PA to see us. Talked to the finance person about a payment plan and set it up, only to get home and see we were charged full price on our card. Result; several medical procedures, no doctor and no report about the findings of the test. Will never go back there again.

This office is not trauma informed and will abandon patients. My 1st appointment Dr. Dodge laughed in my face for being forced to self diagnose myself with dysautonomia due to my doctors not listening to me. My 2nd appointment Dr. Kohli seemed more interested in me taking a weight loss injection than anything, after mentioning bariatric surgery caused me to become disabled. After a month of being put on a statin that gave me debilitating migraines I felt like my concerns were dismissed a bit and pushed back on the kind of bedside treatment I was getting as a person with multiple disabilities. My therapeutic relationship with Cherry Creek Heart was then abruptly ended without notice or proper time to secure another clinician with the current medical waiting times. I have medications lying in limbo because of this clinic. If you are in the SSDI process especially, don't trust this place with your health as they don't seem to care about patients as the individual.
