Scheduling Department - Unbelievable
Was referred here from an ER visit with referral directly sent over and I was given instructions to be seen as quickly as possibly for aneurism, possibly bleeding. Called the scheduling department twice and received two different stories, the latter being they wont look at my faxed referral for 7 days per policy so I can try calling back in 7 days to attempt to get on the schedule. Hire better staff or update your policy for a Neurosciences medical center.
