Our follow up discussion was detailed and easy to understand, along with suggested solutions, without pressure, to help improve the ringing I have been experiencing in one and now both ears. Dr. King and his staff diagnosed my condition on the 1st visit. Although my ability to breath had become continuously harder over time, the issue was in my throat, not in my lungs. After my surgery, I no longer have issues walking up stairs or going for a run/ jog. This is something I struggled with for a long time. Thank you Dr. King for your professionalism, bed side manner, and skills!

Went in about some tinnitus and they found some deeper issues. It could have been a really scary conversation but the PA (Mariah) was extremely kind and appropriately humorous about it. Made a follow-up plan to get to the bottom of the problem. Have already recommended this office to a friend and will do so again.

I went to this practice once in April and once a couple weeks ago for an issue with my tongue. The PA was dismissive at best. He first gave me a medication that cause severe GI distress and the second time I saw him he said he could try a medication he never perscribed. I called the office and left a voicemail and haven't heard anything. If that didn't work, he said that there were some "online support groups." I asked if he could refer me out and he said he didn't know anyone. Then to make matter worse, I had a hard, 1 cm cyst in my nostril and he told me it was part of the bone in my face. Went to another doctor, had a CT and had it drained. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.
