Lack transparency of charge, unfriendly staff
I was just looking for a second opinion on my treatment and already had scans/pictures from before. Not only they gave me a $95 bill after the consultation, no mention before the appointment of this cost, they also reached out to me for additional $85 in few months as my pending bill. And this all cost for no treatment at all, just getting a second opinion. this was extremely frustrating. i won't recommend going there to anyone.

Shady business practices
I went for a standard cleaning. First one went great. Second one, I got a bill for almost $100. They said they only provided a standard cleaning, which my insurance company covers that at 100%. The insurance company says the dentist charged for procedures that are not considered part of a standard cleaning. We have had multiple conversations with both the dentist billing person and the insurance company, but to no avail. Either they did what they said, and it's between them and the insurance company to hammer out. Or they performed procedures out of scope without informing me or getting my authorization. Now they say they are going to send it to collection. The billing person has been hostile and disrespectful to both me and my wife. I do not consider this to be the kind of exceptional customer service they claim to provide.
