Won't go back, billed insurance 3 separate bills for one visit, $1040, $630, and $746. Duplicate charges and charges for service not provided. Appears they attempted to double collect for an out of pocket non covered service that I paid for at time of service. No reason a chiropractic visit should be billed as both an adjustment, active therapy consisting of strengthening exercises which was billed at $400 for exercises i didnt participate in unless laying on a table for 5 minutes while they adusjt my spine, and then walking to the next room to get e-stem and decompress therapy is strengthening exercises. I also didn't like the pushy sales and pressing to use as many visits as my insurance would allow in a year because I had met my out of pocket max. Also the decompression process may have reinjured a labrum tear that I had repaired.
