Outstanding service-Roldan Alegre
As a long-time patient of Dr. Hegarty, his practice has always been my 'go-to' for any ear-related issues, and each time I've received outstanding service and treatment. Recently, as balance issues have become more of a concern, I'm so pleased that Dr. Hegarty has added excellent vestibular therapists to his staff, and the treatment being provided by his current PT, Roldan Alegre, is 'off the charts!' My experience with other practices has been to receive more cookie-cutter balance therapies but Roldan tailors each session to issues I've experienced in the last week. Upon carefully listening to my recent experiences, he quickly comes up with therapies to help me address those issues. His knowledge, experience, and truly sincere desire to help his patients safely perform their daily activities are highly commendable. Great hire Dr. Hegarty! Roldan is an exceptional addition and confirms the 5-star quality of your practice.
