bad place, cold rooms, the e.r. is a nightmare

went in January and was put into an observation room and froze at night. A staff member told me the wind and cold comes right the walls but they are suppose to talk about it the patients. the nurses young and try hard but leave to get med and don't come back for couple of hours.
