Exceptional Care for Women

This business is the worst excuse for a women's health provider that I have ever experienced. I'm actually appalled at the 'care' I received here. I came in repeatedly for over two years complaining of severe pain, and I was completely brushed off repeatedly. After my third visit insisting something was wrong, I was finally able to schedule an ultrasound for a few months later. Surprise! My IUD was imbedded in my uterine wall. After this discovery, I would've had to wait several more months for it to be removed at this business! Thanks 'doctor' Brubaker. I requested copies of my records multiple times and never received any response. I had to resort to going in and waiting for them to produce them for me so I could go to a real doctor and get actual care. On top of these atrocious issues, they have continued to bill me without ever responding to my numerous calls requesting a statement because we've already paid. The receptionist at this business, Stephanie, is the absolute worst, rude

The doctors are always rushing through appointments. You constantly hear the front desk gossiping and talking about their patients. There is always a wait. I gave this place too many chances. I would not recommend them. The google reviews are fake. They cancel your appointments if you don’t make it 15 minutes prior to assigned appointment time. If your appointment is at 1, you better be there at 12:45. If you were to get there at 12:50… they’ll cancel you and tell you that you can’t be seen. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my assigned appointment time and was sent home. Because they considered me late. Go somewhere else, this place is unorganized! The care is not the best in the area. Good luck getting a fast appointment for anything. They are always booked out.

Holy moly! This place was amazing! Scheduling was easy and they got all of my information correct. Kind on the phone, professional in person. (I recently had the opposite experience) so this was striking. The wait time was nonexistent. The nurse was kind, and very attentive. The doctor, Dr boydston took her time and was again, very kind and attentive. She listened to all of my concerns and took them into consideration. All around an amazing experience. :)

Every appointment was at least 20-40 minutes late. When I began reporting pain during my pregnancy, I was told it was “psychological”. Fast forward to labor and delivery, turns out I had an infection. Labor and delivery was traumatic, my birth plan was not even considered and I was told that if I didn’t do what the OB said, she would sit in her office until I decided I was ready to have a baby. I gave consent under duress for things I was uncomfortable with and had specifically requested not to have as she threatened to leave me and not deliver my baby, which ultimately was a c-section due to being stuck.

For two days we called to confirm a few questions, left messages and never heard back. After terrible news about some lab results given to us directly by the Lab Corp. Company called us directly and we still didn't hear from the office until next day. We didn't hear from Dr. Boydston until three days after that. I'm changing my out of pocket insurance so I can avoid this practice and have a different choice. If I had known this was what would happen I would have paid the extra 85$ extra to use the other UC Health practice a long time ago
