Very pleased with FCC

I was referred to this practice after my long term provider retired. I was first assigned to a very nice and professional NP for medication management. He moved to another practice out of state. I was followed up with another doctor, Dr. Kolb, who was also warm and friendly and very interested in my care plan. The staff have been friendly and efficient handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and insurance.

Needs less than met!

Late multiple times on Telehealth calls Plus late on returning urgent messages. Not setup to take e a p even for existing patience. For my money I should get equal value in service. I have chosen to find health and Wellness care elsewhere.
