Chronic overbooking
The providers are always knowledgeable and helpful- IF you can get an appointment. What’s the point of having a family doctor if they are booked out for months? This practice used to be good but seems they are more interested in growing their business and less interested in their patients. Stop overbooking the providers and leave space for same day or next day appointments.

My family has been to this practice numerous times, and have seen quite a few of their doctors, and have never been pleased with the results. They have gaslit us, blatantly lied to us, they never listen to us, and simply try to rush us out the door. We have tried to change the medications listed in our file 6 times, yet they still have listed medications that we no longer take. Our most recent visit in there, the receptionist was not wearing a mask, despite the fact she was sitting right next to a sign saying that everyone needs to wear a mask, even if they are fully vaccinated.
