Urgent care told my husband that he HAD to follow up with this doctor, but the doctor's office did not ask for our insurance information, nor did they tell us that they did not accept our insurance. We have tried to get in touch with the doctor's office to negotiate payment, but they have yet to respond to our phone calls, emails, or letters. Now we are being threatened with collection for a $900 bill for a ten-minute visit where he simply took a temporary splint off. Extremely dissatisfied with this doctor and his office.
