Worst clinic in Colorado Springs. I had vision surgery that went fine, but shortly there after my Mom passed away. I was unable to get my mail for at month in which time they sent me to collections & also sent my boyfriend to collections who was never even a patient. I called & asked their so called billing specialist to call me back, instead she had the collections agency call & harass me. All I wanted was an opportunity to to explain what happened & she couldn't even have the decency to pick up the phone. The doctors are great, but the billing staff is a nightmare. They will not work with you at all. Think twice before you make the same mistake I did! There are many other vision clinics out there that are much more professional & will have the decency to work with you, especially after the death of a family member!
