Gone downhillI had a procedure done here last year and it was awesome--great care, good followup, friendly and efficient staff. Not so much this year. I have a lump in my abdomen and the nurse practitioner apparently gave an incomplete ultrasound order. I've been waiting 2 weeks to get it straightened out. A live person doesn't answer the phone. Their website is 'under construction til March'--it's May. They don't appear to have email. No one returns messages. The imaging center says they have not received any updated orders.disgruntled - May 04, 2024

What a great experience: from the moment I walked in through the time I checked out. Professional & caring staff. Kara Hommerding was amazing. Such a thorough, easy checkup & I immediately trusted her with her knowledge and expertise. Definitely will be a continuing patient.

I’ve been going to this dermatologist for years, referred several people to this place. Today I call to make an annual appointment, and because I had a $48 balance, I was told I will not be able to return. Even after I cleared the balance still didn’t get another chance. She stated they’ve gotten rid of people for less! They have even over charged me at appointments, but I still gave them another chance to correct their mistakes. I’m still in shock at how rude and cold hearted the doctor was on the phone. I would never treat anyone this way! Especially a long-time patient and will never recommend this place to anyone again.
