Absolutely horrible. Impossible to get in touch with anyone, when you call the phone rings and rings and rings. If you randomly get the chance to leave a message, no one will listen to it or respond. Staff turnover at this office is massive and causes major disruptions and miscommunications. They have recently changed policies on what medications they will refill, without giving any prior notice to their patients so now I've run out of my medication and can't get it refilled. For a separate medication, I finally got through to the office, they said it would be refilled, but then I checked the pharmacy website and it said the refill was denied.

The practice has gone downhill since corporate buyout. The providers I saw prior to Nov 2021 were all absolutely great. Now, we've basically been abandoned by the practice until their "new" PA comes in and many of us are left in the lurch with no med refills - because no PA means apparently no one to approve refills. Avoid this place.
