Factory care
I'm unsure if I have overrated then, but I decided one star would be if they blinded me. This place is a factory where you are shuttled from machine to machine with no explanations. Eventually I got to the surgeon, Dr. Fox. He would not look me in the eye, constantly looking at the floor. I asked about the anesthetic and told him I what I needed because I have had other procedures. He blew me off and told me I would get a different kind. After considerable problems with staff, I got to talk to the anesthetist and got what I needed. I almost went elsewhere, but didn't want to delay cataract surgery any longer. Though I requested lens for being far sighted, I got ones more like near sighted. To cap it off, 1 1/2 years later, I received a dunning letter from a collection agency for a bill I never had received. My insurer screwed up and so did Icon. The billing lady was very nice and apologetic, but Icon overall was a far different place than the Grand Jct. practice was when Jay
