Just had comprehensive work on my teeth. They have complete facilities on site and crown was completed in just one visit. Fit is perfect.

BEWARE! YOUR INSURANCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT CITY CENTER DENTAL. I recently had my last visit to City Center Dental...EVER. When I came in to have my teeth cleaned, I made sure they had my insurance info. They said yes. Then was told that my insurance covered the cleaning. Great! I had my teeth cleaned, asked if I owed anything, at the reception desk, and was told "no, your insurance covers your teeth cleaning." Fast-forward a month and I'm being charged for this cleaning. Then I receive a call asking to pay them before they send me to collections in a week. So I call back and they told me that my insurance is out of network. Weird... because a week before my teeth were cleaned, I was in City Center Dental for a crown replacement...which WAS covered by my insurance - IN NETWORK. I was told that in the 1 week between my crown and my cleaning that my insurance was listed as out of network even though it was in-network the week before. I said, how can this be? Turns out,
