Not as good as they used to be
I had a great experience here a few years ago, 2018-2019, with Nina and Chris. The office staff have obviously changed and they are just disinterested. I can't get an initial appointment for more than a week and a follow up to that appointment until more a week after that. That is not useful at all for acute pain or probably any other condition. I called another 5-star provider's office that actually asked me about the pain level (8/9) and they got me in the same day. It is a longer distance but so far they seem to be more compassionate.
