So many issues
So many issues with this, starting with billing. I was told I do not have a copay, that it's fully covered by my insurance. Two weeks after my appt I got a bill. Then the test itself..... I won't go into detail there. And then the lack of communication, no follow up. After I got the bill and nothing else I called, of course it went to voicemail. Got a text back saying the results were faxed to my pcm and to contact him. Could have told me that right away.

Dr. S is knowledgeable and does all he can to help. You can feel his compassion, and you can trust his expertise. This is a doctor who listens, still cares, and is personable. What’s more he is ethical and you can count on his good will.

Not a very good practice
The office never answers calls. I have been a patient for over 8 years and I am so unhappy with this practice and doctor. They want you to see them 2X a year, but provide no real value for the visits. The doctor barely does a medical check. When you need them, they are not responsive.

They don't care about you!
The doctor was great - the only good thing about my experience here. No one EVER answers their phone (which never even rings in the office, so I don't know where you are calling when you call them). They set up my online portal wrong, could not find my address in my paperwork, and submitted the pre-authorization to my insurance with the wrong code. This was in July. I was told they were fixing it and resubmitting in August. It is now November, and no sleep study, no CPAP, and absolutely no communication. They are right on the ball when they want you to pay your bill, but move slower than molasses when it is something they need to do to earn their money. STAY AWAY!

Horrible Staff and Customer Service
If I could give a zero star review I would. This place has not answered calls for hours, given surprise charges, and handled my whole case very poorly. They blamed their own issues on my insurance and caused many headaches. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy let alone anyone I wanted to get help for sleep issues. These issues occurred over a the span of over a year. These were not due to connectivity issues, in fact, your staff came up with a different excuse each time. I also just received a bill for something in March. SIX MONTHS LATE! You won't answer my questions, you won't answer my calls, and I can't get a prescription from you for my CPAP machine and struggle to get supplies without it. Your staff is highly unprofessional, your customer service is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Again if I could rate you a zero I would. The state should shut you down for how horrible of a practice this is.

Worst Health Service Office
The Dr. was good. But the office is horrific. They do not answer the phone, you are forced to leave a message, they tell you it will be 3-4 days and they will call you back. That almost never happens! I went in March for my first visit, was told they would have my CPAP machine in 2 weeks. Here it is August and now they say they have one. No communication during the waiting process. Very frustrating, and unprofessional. A good friend of mine also has had the same experience, so I know it is not just an isolated issue. I switched clinics!
