Forgot to send in an ultrasound order after an appointment. After I called, they sent the order to clinic that charge 4x the average cost of the procedure.Left messages asking for the order to be sent to a different clinic and never heard back.Finally, scheduled an appointment over the phone. When I arrived, they had no record of the appointment.
