Lorenzo Camacho Is a staff member he is very rude I'm not a patient there but he email my mother on my email she need a form filled out we were told that it her responsibility to know when things need signed she is 78 years old very old school she was never told that paperwork that needed sign for her to be seen was her responsibility like she don't work there and the form that needed signing had to be sign by the 27 of November he sent the email on the 24th of November at 5:51pm with no link or where to go then I got another email stating that 5 days was more then enough time how ever Thrusday was Thanksgiving and they are close On Fridays and the weekend long story short if went there they would have stop seeing me he is supposed to be a Professional
