I’ve gone in for a consultation for bio identical hormones. It has been an absolute disaster. It’s taken me two months after my initial consultation of $150 to schedule a blood draw. I have called Left messages no one has returned The office wants you to leave messages through the portal, which I have done at least four times and nobody’s contacted me. The identical hormones are always paid by cash since insurance doesn’t cover them, but I can’t give them anymore of my money . None of my concerns were addressed. they don’t care about their patients. I already paid 150 which is a reasonable amount for a consultation. The rest of my hormone therapy would be about another thousand dollars, and I just can’t give it to a practice that doesn’t value me. I’ll definitely go someplace else.
