Are these people stoned incompetent or both
I had a colonoscopy this morning. I was there early, but they took me in late. When I asked why, they said that the appointment following mine came in earlier, so they took them in first. Really?When I got home, I realized they sent me home with no post-procedure instructions. I called them up, and they said they would mail them to me and that they would be there in three days. I won't need them in three days.They also forgot to give me the written report and pictures. Lastly, they forgot to remove the things they stick to your body to monitor 'stuff'. I like the doctor but the supporting staff leaves much to be desired.Any more bad experiences, and I'll find a new doctor.
