Mountain View Pain Center, Northglenn, CO

Mountain View Pain Center is a farce. Their services are horrible and their model is lacking. The mere fact that a healthcare entity of this nature exists is beyond comprehension. Their 'pain clinic' model provides for pain management, chiropractic, accupuncture & physical therapy. They also offer their own brand of medication management as pertains to pain killers. I did not take advantage of this service, however, they require the patient to schedule an appointment to get their 'opiod' medication. Of course, they bill for this.I had my second appointment at this unfortunate place, met with a young lady who showed me a plastic model of the spinal cord to explain my various issues with the thoracic and lumbar region. That was all she did. No advice nor explanation of my symptoms. The amusing part is the Check Out Slip that she completed indicating that I have a six week follow up visit. Unfortunately, the reason for the follow up visit is missing. I do not kid.

Horrible patient empathy. She interupts you, just to talk over you, to belittle you without hearing the answer to HER questions. She is very unknowledgable about rare conditions and tells a chronic pain patient that they are not in pain. Yet, a Physician, Neurosurgeon and Orthopedic Surgeon all say the patient is in Chronic pain due to their diagnoses and has been for the last 3 years. She is very argumentative and is very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend her EVER to my loved ones or anyone you care about. (And this was only the second time meeting with this lady.)
