Not good!

I cannot recommend this office and recommend that no one go there unless you are aware of the inconsistencies that exist between what they tell you and what they charge you. I HAVE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH COPPERHEAD DENTAL. THEY SENT ME A LETTER INVITING ME TO COME IN FOR A FIRST VISIT AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE VISIT. AFTER THE VISIT THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY $123 FOR A CLEANING. THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE LETTER THAT THEY SENT ME. They asked me to send them a copy of the letter that I received and I did so. I assumed all was well as I did not hear from them further but today I received a threatening message from a collection agency. I called and they told me that they could not deal with me and that I had to deal with the collection agent directly. I have never been sent to a collection agency and find this extremely insulting since it is the result of FALSE ADVERTISING!!
